What Is This?

FindYourCoverage is a technical showcase demonstrating how the LeadKumo platform powers consumer insurance lead generation. The site features custom-built multi-step wizard forms that integrate directly with the LeadKumo Forms API and Ping/Post lead distribution engine.

The Technology

Every aspect of this site is built to demonstrate LeadKumo capabilities:

• Wizard Forms: Multi-step forms built with Alpine.js that map directly to LeadKumo FormSchema definitions (JSON Schema Draft 7)
• Field Validation: Client-side validation mirrors the server-side schema validation in FormSchemaConverter.cs
• Form Submission: Forms POST to /forms/{slug} endpoint handled by Render.cshtml.cs
• Lead Distribution: Submitted leads flow through the PingPostEngine for real-time carrier auction
• Compliance: TrustedForm certificate capture and TCPA consent text included on every form
• Security: PII fields (name, email, phone) encrypted with AES-256 at rest

Form Schemas

The wizard forms use field definitions sourced directly from the LeadKumo platform:

• Health Insurance: 20 fields across 5 steps - coverage type, plan preference, household details, health profile, contact, and location
• Life Insurance: 20 fields across 5 steps - coverage type & amount, term length, health status, financial details, contact, and location
