California CCPA opt-out
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the right to opt out of the "sale" of your personal information. Our lead distribution process, which shares your information with insurance carriers through the Ping/Post engine, may qualify as a sale under the CCPA's broad definition.
To opt out of the sale of your personal information, please contact us at demo@findyourcoverage.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell" and include your full name and email address used on our forms.
If you opt out, we will not share your information with insurance carriers through our lead distribution platform. You will not receive matched quotes from carriers. Previously submitted leads cannot be recalled from carriers who have already received them.
